Job Requirements

  • bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field is preferred
  • minimum of 5 years experience in food and beverage or restaurant management
  • demonstrated ability to manage a team and handle multiple operational tasks
  • strong organizational and time management skills
  • proficiency in relevant software and financial reporting
  • availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

  • ensure exceptional guest experiences and operational efficiency
  • maintain compliance with Hyatt brand standards
  • lead strategic planning and implement business goals
  • manage and develop restaurant staff
  • monitor financial performance and control costs
  • uphold health and safety regulations
