Job Requirements
- bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field is preferred
- minimum of 5 years experience in food and beverage or restaurant management
- demonstrated ability to manage a team and handle multiple operational tasks
- strong organizational and time management skills
- proficiency in relevant software and financial reporting
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

- monitor financial performance and control costs
- uphold health and safety regulations
