Job Duties

  • Represent the hotel management team professionally at all times
  • Maintain high standards of personal presentation and grooming
  • Foster collaborative relationships with internal teams and external partners and customers
  • Ensure outlet associates work in a supportive and flexible manner across departments
  • Provide training and guidance for Assistant Food & Beverage Managers and Hourly Associates
  • Adhere to all hotel policies, safety regulations, and financial protocols
  • Ensure cleanliness and operational standards in all areas
  • Implement Hyatt's Purpose, Values, and Food & Beverage standards
  • Monitor and ensure smooth outlet operations, especially during peak periods
  • Supervise bar and restaurant day to day operations, ensuring responsible alcohol service and cleanliness
  • Manage inventory and collaborate on food and beverage promotions
  • Develop menus, wine lists, and innovative cocktail and food programs
  • Train bar staff in mixology and premium service standards
  • Oversee entertainment scheduling and music programming
  • Conduct regular inspections and maintain service quality
  • Collaborate with Culinary, Stewarding, Engineering, and Housekeeping for equipment care and cleanliness
  • Stay informed on hospitality trends and attend required meetings and training
  • Oversee Point of Sale menu item creation, reporting and accuracy
  • Hand on mentality and floor presence
  • Assist in preparing and updating the Annual Special Event and Private Dining Experience plan
  • Evaluate market trends and competitor strategies to maintain competitiveness
  • Execute and review monthly Menu Sales Analysis for profitability and guest satisfaction
  • Implement guest recognition and reservation processes
  • Manage and respond to online reviews professionally
  • Handle payroll, reporting, forecasting, and inventory control
  • Provide product specifications and manage budgets for cost-effective operations
  • Develop creative concepts for events and signature offerings
  • Adapt strategies to industry changes and maintain competitiveness
  • Ensure flawless execution of fine dining experiences
  • Recruit and select associates using a competency-based approach
  • Ensure punctuality, grooming, and uniform compliance
  • Conduct annual performance reviews and support professional development
  • Implement training programs and encourage creativity and innovation
  • Reinforce Hyatt's People Brand Standards and Values
  • Address employee engagement survey results and implement improvements
  • Coach staff on guest service skills and resolve guest complaints effectively
