Job Duties
- Represent the hotel management team professionally at all times
- Maintain high standards of personal presentation and grooming
- Foster collaborative relationships with internal teams and external partners and customers
- Ensure outlet associates work in a supportive and flexible manner across departments
- Provide training and guidance for Assistant Food & Beverage Managers and Hourly Associates
- Adhere to all hotel policies, safety regulations, and financial protocols
- Ensure cleanliness and operational standards in all areas
- Implement Hyatt's Purpose, Values, and Food & Beverage standards
- Monitor and ensure smooth outlet operations, especially during peak periods
- Supervise bar and restaurant day to day operations, ensuring responsible alcohol service and cleanliness
- Manage inventory and collaborate on food and beverage promotions
- Develop menus, wine lists, and innovative cocktail and food programs
- Train bar staff in mixology and premium service standards
- Oversee entertainment scheduling and music programming
- Conduct regular inspections and maintain service quality
- Collaborate with Culinary, Stewarding, Engineering, and Housekeeping for equipment care and cleanliness
- Stay informed on hospitality trends and attend required meetings and training
- Oversee Point of Sale menu item creation, reporting and accuracy
- Hand on mentality and floor presence
- Assist in preparing and updating the Annual Special Event and Private Dining Experience plan
- Evaluate market trends and competitor strategies to maintain competitiveness
- Execute and review monthly Menu Sales Analysis for profitability and guest satisfaction
- Implement guest recognition and reservation processes
- Manage and respond to online reviews professionally
- Handle payroll, reporting, forecasting, and inventory control
- Provide product specifications and manage budgets for cost-effective operations
- Develop creative concepts for events and signature offerings
- Adapt strategies to industry changes and maintain competitiveness
- Ensure flawless execution of fine dining experiences
- Recruit and select associates using a competency-based approach
- Ensure punctuality, grooming, and uniform compliance
- Conduct annual performance reviews and support professional development
- Implement training programs and encourage creativity and innovation

- Address employee engagement survey results and implement improvements
- Coach staff on guest service skills and resolve guest complaints effectively
