Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must maintain current health card as required by state or local regulations
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a criminal background check including motor vehicle record
- Must pass SERV Safe Certification course and exam
- Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Expected 50-hour work week
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of two years restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts
- Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
- Demonstrated ability to train and develop team members
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations and financial management
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead under pressure and handle diverse operational challenges
Job Duties
- Build and develop a high-performing team of top performers
- Oversee recruiting, training, and management of restaurant staff
- Manage P&L and overall restaurant operations to maximize profitability
- Ensure excellent customer service, food quality, food safety, and store cleanliness
- Facilitate clear and consistent communication with leadership and staff
- Recognize and appreciate individual and team contributions
- Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
