Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years experience in restaurants including at least 4 years in management
  • bachelor’s degree in hospitality or related field preferred
  • hands-on restaurant leadership experience
  • extensive food and beverage industry knowledge
  • experience with restaurant management software
  • strong leadership and motivational skills
  • excellent communication abilities
  • flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • legal authorization to work in the US
  • clearance of reference and background checks

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10 years experience in restaurants including at least 4 years in management
  • bachelor’s degree in hospitality or hotel/restaurant management desired
  • hands-on leadership experience operating a restaurant
  • extensive food and beverage experience in large restaurants
  • experience managing union staff is a plus
  • proficient with restaurant management software such as SevenRooms, Avero, InfoGenesis, Partender, Oracle, and payroll systems
  • strong people management, motivation, and development skills
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • demonstrated financial acumen and business management ability
  • flexible schedule availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • valid work authorization for the US
  • successful reference and background checks

Job Duties

  • Actively engage in antiracist commitment and practices by participating in learnings and promoting a safe workspace
  • create a work environment that promotes teamwork, feedback, recognition, respect, and employee satisfaction
  • develop and implement SOPs for front and back of house and train staff accordingly
  • oversee all food and beverage operations to ensure an integrated restaurant and theater experience
  • participate actively in service and daily operations
  • maximize revenue through effective table management and resource planning for high volume periods
  • select, train, evaluate, lead, motivate, and coach employees, including union and non-union staff
  • control labor and operating expenses via scheduling, budgeting, purchasing, inventory, and cash control
  • develop team knowledge and passion for food, beverage, and service through meetings and education sessions
  • address and resolve guest concerns to ensure satisfaction
  • collaborate with the Show team to create seamless guest itineraries and service
  • ensure all operational resources are in place by directing inventories and conducting inspections
  • hold regular operational meetings to coordinate efforts across departments
  • perform additional duties as assigned
