Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Two years of restaurant experience with proven lead experience
  • Open availability including nights, weekends, holidays
  • Reliable transportation
  • Pass criminal background check including motor vehicle record
  • Maintain current Health Card
  • Ability to pass SERV Safe certification
  • Expected 50-hour work week

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum two years restaurant experience with leadership on all shifts
  • Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
  • Valid Health Card as per state or local requirements
  • Ability to pass SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience managing financial and operational metrics

Job Duties

  • Recruit and train restaurant staff
  • Build and develop high-performing teams
  • Oversee restaurant operations including food quality and safety
  • Manage financial performance and P&L
  • Maintain store cleanliness and customer service standards
  • Communicate effectively with leadership and team members
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
