Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • high school diploma or GED required
  • 2-4 years supervisory experience required
  • basic personal computer literacy
  • must be able to pass background check criteria
  • reliable transportation required
  • basic business math and accounting skills
  • able to sweep and mop floors, dust shelves, lift and carry trash containers
  • able to clean parking lot and grounds
  • able to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs and stooping during 80 percent of shift time

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • college or university degree preferred
  • 2-4 years supervisory experience in food service or retail environment including Profit and Loss responsibility
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • track record of people development
  • positive attitude
  • basic personal computer literacy
  • strong analytical and decision-making skills
  • internal promotion from Assistant General Manager preferred

Job Duties

  • Lead the team and establish the work environment and customer hospitality level
  • manage overall restaurant operations including food quality and service standards
  • recruit, hire, and develop employees
  • conduct new hire orientation and develop training plans
  • schedule and deploy staff effectively
  • address performance issues and resolve customer complaints
  • manage restaurant budgets and financial plans, including Profit and Loss monitoring
