Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- high school diploma or GED required
- 2-4 years supervisory experience required
- basic personal computer literacy
- must be able to pass background check criteria
- reliable transportation required
- basic business math and accounting skills
- able to sweep and mop floors, dust shelves, lift and carry trash containers
- able to clean parking lot and grounds
- able to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs and stooping during 80 percent of shift time
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- college or university degree preferred
- 2-4 years supervisory experience in food service or retail environment including Profit and Loss responsibility
- strong leadership and communication skills
- track record of people development
- positive attitude
- basic personal computer literacy
- strong analytical and decision-making skills
- internal promotion from Assistant General Manager preferred
Job Duties
- Lead the team and establish the work environment and customer hospitality level
- manage overall restaurant operations including food quality and service standards
- recruit, hire, and develop employees
- conduct new hire orientation and develop training plans
- schedule and deploy staff effectively
- address performance issues and resolve customer complaints
- manage restaurant budgets and financial plans, including Profit and Loss monitoring
