Job Requirements
- Progressive restaurant or hospitality management experience
- Recent prior experience as a General Manager for external candidates
- Valid driver's license
- Strong passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving KPI and EBITDA targets
- Demonstrated success in mentoring and coaching individuals at various levels
- Understanding of managing inventory, cost of goods, financial control
- General systems proficiency in POS systems, corporate software systems, third party delivery platforms, inventory systems, reservation systems
Job Qualifications

- Drive incremental sales through exceptional service and coaching team members on upselling techniques
- Analyze financial metrics for continuous improvement and responsiveness to market trends

- Set standards of integrity, professionalism, and innovative thinking while fostering teamwork
- Develop management team members through leadership training and maintain culinary and hospitality standards
- Inspire and motivate the entire team through training, coaching, and performance reviews
- Encourage curiosity, ambition, and a strong work ethic among staff
