- willing to work about 50 hours per week including some Saturdays and Sundays

Job Duties
- Demonstrate and reinforce Marco's leadership behaviors and values
- create an environment that promotes company culture and philosophies to attract, retain and develop people
- source and interview all store employees to ensure they embrace company values
- train team members on company processes, customer service, and updated policies and procedures
- ensure all aspects of human resources are followed including scheduling, payroll, benefits, performance reviews and reporting
- plan and coordinate leadership team meetings with Assistant Manager, Shift Leads, and Manager in Training
- ensure standards are maintained for product quality, service speed and quality, cleanliness and sanitation
- ensure appropriate inventory par levels and ordering system are in place
- complete weekly inventory
- complete end of period inventory
- accountable for creating store action plans including marketing to improve the business
- accountable for weekly KPIs and plan to achieve goals
- ensure the store and exterior of the property are maintained
- ensure proper security and verification procedures when handling deposits and safe contents
