Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • High school diploma
  • Two years of restaurant experience with demonstrated leadership
  • Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write English
  • Maintain current health card per state or local laws
  • Reliable transportation
  • Pass criminal background check including motor vehicle record
  • Ability to pass SERV Safe Certification
  • Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to work approximately 50 hours per week

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma
  • Two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English
  • Current health card according to state or local requirements
  • Ability to pass SERV Safe Certification course and exam
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Proven ability to manage financial and operational aspects of a restaurant

Job Duties

  • Building and developing high-performing teams through training and leadership
  • Overseeing recruiting, training, and management of restaurant staff
  • Managing profit and loss (P&L) and ensuring overall profitability
  • Ensuring excellent customer service and high-quality food standards
  • Maintaining compliance with food safety and cleanliness requirements
  • Facilitating clear and consistent communication between field leadership and restaurant teams
  • Enforcing company policies and procedures and providing timely performance feedback
