Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma
- Two years of restaurant experience with demonstrated leadership
- Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write English
- Maintain current health card per state or local laws
- Reliable transportation
- Pass criminal background check including motor vehicle record
- Ability to pass SERV Safe Certification
- Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work approximately 50 hours per week
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts
- Ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English
- Current health card according to state or local requirements
- Ability to pass SERV Safe Certification course and exam
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Proven ability to manage financial and operational aspects of a restaurant
Job Duties
- Building and developing high-performing teams through training and leadership
- Overseeing recruiting, training, and management of restaurant staff
- Managing profit and loss (P&L) and ensuring overall profitability
- Ensuring excellent customer service and high-quality food standards
- Maintaining compliance with food safety and cleanliness requirements
- Facilitating clear and consistent communication between field leadership and restaurant teams
- Enforcing company policies and procedures and providing timely performance feedback
