Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • high school diploma
  • minimum two years restaurant experience with leadership
  • ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
  • maintain current health card per local laws
  • reliable transportation
  • pass criminal background check including motor vehicle record
  • pass SERV Safe Certification course and exam
  • be available to work approximately 50 hours per week including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma
  • two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts
  • ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
  • current health card as required by state or local regulations
  • ability to pass SERV Safe Certification course and exam
  • reliable transportation
  • strong communication and leadership skills

Job Duties

  • Identifying and developing high-potential team members into leaders
  • achieving and maintaining world-class restaurant operations
  • maintaining high standards of food quality, customer service, food safety, and cleanliness
  • performing and understanding every job within the restaurant
  • acting as the ultimate decision-maker responsible for restaurant performance
  • maintaining clear and consistent communication with field leadership and restaurant staff
  • ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
