Job Duties

  • Represent the hotel management team professionally at all times
  • maintain high standards of personal presentation and grooming
  • foster collaborative relationships with internal teams and external partners and customers
  • ensure outlet associates work in a supportive and flexible manner across departments
  • provide training and guidance for Assistant Food & Beverage Managers and Hourly Associates
  • adhere to all hotel policies, safety regulations, and financial protocols
  • ensure cleanliness and operational standards in all areas
  • implement Hyatt's Purpose, Values, and Food & Beverage standards
  • monitor and ensure smooth outlet operations, especially during peak periods
  • supervise bar and restaurant day to day operations, ensuring responsible alcohol service and cleanliness
  • manage inventory and collaborate on food and beverage promotions
  • develop menus, wine lists, and innovative cocktail and food programs
  • train bar staff in mixology and premium service standards
  • oversee entertainment scheduling and music programming
  • conduct regular inspections and maintain service quality
  • collaborate with Culinary, Stewarding, Engineering, and Housekeeping for equipment care and cleanliness
  • stay informed on hospitality trends and attend required meetings and training
  • oversee Point of Sale menu item creation, reporting and accuracy
  • assist in preparing and updating the Annual Special Event and Private Dining Experience plan
  • evaluate market trends and competitor strategies to maintain competitiveness
  • execute and review monthly Menu Sales Analysis for profitability and guest satisfaction
  • implement guest recognition and reservation processes
  • manage and respond to online reviews professionally
  • handle payroll, reporting, forecasting, and inventory control
  • provide product specifications and manage budgets for cost-effective operations
  • develop creative concepts for events and signature offerings
  • adapt strategies to industry changes and maintain competitiveness
  • ensure flawless execution of fine dining experiences
  • recruit and select associates using a competency-based approach
  • ensure punctuality, grooming, and uniform compliance
  • conduct annual performance reviews and support professional development
  • implement training programs and encourage creativity and innovation
  • reinforce Hyatt's People Brand Standards and Values
  • address employee engagement survey results and implement improvements
  • coach staff on guest service skills and resolve guest complaints effectively
