Job Requirements
- progressive restaurant or hospitality management experience
- recent prior experience as a general manager required for external hires
- valid driver’s license
- passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
- proven track record in driving sales growth and achieving KPI and EBITDA targets
- demonstrated success in mentoring and coaching employees
- understanding of inventory, cost of goods, and financial control
- general proficiency with POS, corporate, inventory, and reservation systems
Job Qualifications
- progressive restaurant or hospitality management experience
- recent prior experience as a general manager
- ability to mentor and coach individuals for professional growth
- strong business acumen and financial management skills
- proficiency with POS and corporate software systems
- understanding of inventory and cost of goods management
- experience in casual or upscale dining preferred
- hospitality or business degree preferred
- culinary or kitchen management experience preferred
Job Duties

- drive incremental sales through coaching team members on upselling techniques

- inspire and motivate the team with training, coaching, and performance reviews
