Job Requirements

  • progressive restaurant or hospitality management experience
  • recent prior experience as a general manager required for external hires
  • valid driver’s license
  • passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • proven track record in driving sales growth and achieving KPI and EBITDA targets
  • demonstrated success in mentoring and coaching employees
  • understanding of inventory, cost of goods, and financial control
  • general proficiency with POS, corporate, inventory, and reservation systems

Job Qualifications

  • progressive restaurant or hospitality management experience
  • recent prior experience as a general manager
  • ability to mentor and coach individuals for professional growth
  • strong business acumen and financial management skills
  • proficiency with POS and corporate software systems
  • understanding of inventory and cost of goods management
  • experience in casual or upscale dining preferred
  • hospitality or business degree preferred
  • culinary or kitchen management experience preferred

Job Duties

  • drive incremental sales through coaching team members on upselling techniques
