Job Requirements

progressive restaurant or hospitality management experience
recent prior experience as a general manager required for external hires
valid driver’s license
passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
proven track record in driving sales growth and achieving KPI and EBITDA targets
demonstrated success in mentoring and coaching employees
understanding of inventory, cost of goods, and financial control
general proficiency with POS, corporate, inventory, and reservation systems

Job Qualifications

progressive restaurant or hospitality management experience
recent prior experience as a general manager
ability to mentor and coach individuals for professional growth
strong business acumen and financial management skills
proficiency with POS and corporate software systems
understanding of inventory and cost of goods management
experience in casual or upscale dining preferred
hospitality or business degree preferred
culinary or kitchen management experience preferred

Job Duties

drive incremental sales through coaching team members on upselling techniques
