Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant management experience
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in restaurant management software and systems
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Valid driver’s license

Job Duties

  • Recruit, select, hire, train, develop and retain high performance associates
  • Lead by example and treat people with dignity and respect
  • Execute Fazoli’s policies, systems and processes
  • Manage guest service, sales building, marketing, human resources, supply chain, administration and facilities maintenance
  • Foster teamwork among staff
  • Drive the pursuit of excellence and continuous improvement
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure brand standards are met
