Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of relevant management experience
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in restaurant management software and systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s license

Job Duties
- Recruit, select, hire, train, develop and retain high performance associates
- Lead by example and treat people with dignity and respect
- Execute Fazoli’s policies, systems and processes
- Manage guest service, sales building, marketing, human resources, supply chain, administration and facilities maintenance
- Foster teamwork among staff
- Drive the pursuit of excellence and continuous improvement
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure brand standards are met
