Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • High school diploma
  • Two years of restaurant experience with leadership
  • Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
  • Must maintain current health card as per state or local requirements
  • Reliable transportation required
  • Must pass criminal background check including motor vehicle record
  • Ability to pass ServSafe certification course and exam
  • Availability to work 50 hours per week including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be able to perform all restaurant job functions

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Ability to train and develop team members
  • Knowledge of food safety and operational standards
  • Experience managing financial performance
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain high customer service and sanitation standards

Job Duties

  • Build and develop a high performing team of leaders and crew
  • Oversee recruiting, training, and management of restaurant staff
  • Ensure excellent customer service and high food quality
  • Maintain food safety and store cleanliness standards
  • Manage restaurant financial performance including profit and loss
  • Communicate effectively with field leadership and restaurant staff
  • Enforce compliance with company policies and procedures
