Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma
- Two years of restaurant experience with leadership
- Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
- Must maintain current health card as per state or local requirements
- Reliable transportation required
- Must pass criminal background check including motor vehicle record
- Ability to pass ServSafe certification course and exam
- Availability to work 50 hours per week including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to perform all restaurant job functions
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts
- Strong communication skills in English
- Ability to train and develop team members
- Knowledge of food safety and operational standards
- Experience managing financial performance
- Demonstrated ability to maintain high customer service and sanitation standards
Job Duties
- Build and develop a high performing team of leaders and crew
- Oversee recruiting, training, and management of restaurant staff
- Ensure excellent customer service and high food quality
- Maintain food safety and store cleanliness standards
- Manage restaurant financial performance including profit and loss
- Communicate effectively with field leadership and restaurant staff
- Enforce compliance with company policies and procedures
