Job Requirements

  • progressive restaurant or hospitality management experience
  • recent prior experience as a general manager for external hires
  • valid driver’s license
  • strong passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • proven track record of driving sales growth
  • demonstrated success in mentoring and coaching
  • understanding of managing inventory, cost of goods, and financial control
  • proficiency in POS and related software systems

Job Qualifications

  • valid driver’s license
  • strong passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences with a guest-centric mindset
  • proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving KPI and EBITDA targets through strategic goal setting and local market expertise
  • demonstrated success in mentoring and coaching individuals at various levels
  • understanding of managing inventory, cost of goods, financial control (P&L)
  • proficiency in POS systems, corporate software systems, third party delivery platforms, inventory systems, reservation systems
  • experience in casual or upscale dining
  • hospitality or business degree
  • culinary and kitchen acumen with experience managing or running culinary or kitchen operations

Job Duties

  • drive incremental sales through exceptional service and coaching team members on upselling techniques

  • foster an ownership mindset within the team, taking responsibility for all operations and utilizing KPIs and EBIDTA targets to spearhead ongoing improvement initiatives
  • set standards of integrity, professionalism, and innovative thinking while fostering teamwork and dedication within the restaurant
  • develop management team members through leadership training, ensuring preparedness for future roles
  • inspire and motivate the entire team, fostering a cohesive environment and providing training, coaching, and performance reviews
  • exhibit curiosity, ambition, and a strong work ethic, encouraging exploration of new ideas and calculated risks
