- Five or more years of successfully running a high-volume and upscale food focused restaurant
- Proven experience delivering top-notch dining experiences
- Compassion for people and embrace of Indigo Road core values
- Strong problem resolution skills and ability to proactively set the team up for success
- Exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail
- Effective communication skills and the ability to navigate important conversations
Job Qualifications
- Five or more years of experience managing high-volume upscale restaurants
- Proven track record in delivering exceptional dining experiences
- Strong leadership skills emphasizing team development and positive culture
- Excellent communication capabilities
- Ability to engage with the local community and vendors effectively
- Proficiency in financial and operational management
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
Job Duties
- Lead with passion by bringing unwavering enthusiasm for restaurant and hospitality operations
- Foster staff development and maintain a positive work atmosphere
- Engage with local vendors and community organizations to source quality products and support charitable initiatives
- Oversee all facets of restaurant operations including finances, culture, events, and staff management
- Resolve operational challenges through effective communication and proactive problem-solving

- Ensure the delivery of top-notch dining experiences consistently
