Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must have a valid drivers license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation
- Open availability and ability to work at least 5 days and 48 hours per week
- Ability to work flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Successful completion of background check and motor vehicle report
- Must possess leadership qualities and organizational skills
- Ability to interact cooperatively with others
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Some college preferred
- 3-5 years management experience required
- Restaurant management experience preferred

Job Duties
- Complete all training requirements including Zaxbys General Manager Development Plan and Operations Excellence Capstone Class
- Obtain food safety certification and manager certification
- Ensure the restaurant delivers exceptional guest experiences
- Maintain appropriate staffing levels by sourcing, interviewing, hiring, retaining, and recognizing top performers
- Provide ongoing mentoring, coaching, and development to team members while holding them accountable for their performance
- Create effective work schedules timely and appropriately to drive sales and control labor costs
- Plan and delegate shift assignments, communicate expectations, and adjust as needed
- Uphold service, product quality, and cleanliness standards consistently
- Foster a positive culture and healthy team morale through leadership and by setting an example
- Manage profitability by driving sales, controlling costs, developing team members, and ensuring operational standards
- Build community relationships and strive to increase sales
- Control costs and losses by maintaining operational standards and ensuring compliance with company guidelines, policies, and procedures
- Complete performance reviews for crew members and assist with manager reviews
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws, as well as company policies
- Keep accurate and current records using management tools
- Review performance metrics daily and develop action plans to improve profitability, sales, and guest experience
- Handle and report guest and team member complaints, concerns, and injuries promptly
- Maintain safety standards and ensure the team follows safety guidelines
- Escalate concerns to supervisors when appropriate
- Perform all other duties necessary to ensure proper restaurant operations
