Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous restaurant or hospitality management experience preferred
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to remain calm and tactful in difficult situations
  • Passion for customer service and team leadership
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the company
  • Ability to handle financial and operational responsibilities
  • Availability to work full-time
  • Ability to pass background and reference checks

Job Duties

  • Greet all guests promptly and ensure a positive dining experience
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently with a professional attitude
  • Control cash, product, labor, and food costs to maximize profitability
  • Maintain operational and facility standards according to company policies
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth operations
  • Coach, mentor, and develop team members to build a high-performing restaurant crew
  • Ensure compliance with all risk management policies and procedures
