Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • High school diploma required
  • Two years restaurant experience with proven lead experience
  • Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
  • Must maintain current health card according to local or state requirements
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Must pass criminal background check including Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
  • Must pass SERV Safe certification course and exam
  • Ability to work expected 50-hour work week
  • Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma
  • Two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts
  • Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
  • Experience in staff training and development
  • Familiarity with restaurant operations and P&L management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently

Job Duties

  • Identify and develop high-potential team members into leaders
  • Achieve and maintain world-class operations including well-developed crew and staff
  • Ensure pristine restaurant conditions and excellent food quality
  • Maintain high standards in food safety, customer service, and store cleanliness
  • Perform every job in the restaurant as needed
  • Hold accountability for all aspects of restaurant performance
  • Communicate clearly and consistently with field leadership and restaurant staff
  • Show respect and appreciation for team members
  • Build effective teams through training and development
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
