Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum two years restaurant experience with proven leadership
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Maintain valid health card
- Reliable transportation
- Pass criminal background check including motor vehicle record
- Ability to obtain SERV Safe Certification
- Open availability with ability to work 50 hours per week including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven two years of restaurant experience with leadership on all shifts
- Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently
- Current health card as per state or local requirements
- Ability to pass SERV Safe Certification Exam
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Identify and develop high-potential team members into leaders
- Achieve and maintain world-class restaurant operations including staffing, food quality, and financial performance
- Maintain and enforce high standards of food quality, safety, customer service, and cleanliness
- Perform all roles within the restaurant to ensure operational knowledge
- Serve as the ultimate decision-maker responsible for all aspects of restaurant performance
- Communicate clearly and consistently with field leadership and restaurant staff
- Train, develop, and provide performance feedback to build an effective team
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Manage financial performance and maintain strong results
