Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • High school diploma
  • Two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts
  • Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
  • Current health card as per state or local requirements
  • Reliable transportation
  • Pass criminal background check including MVR
  • Pass SERV Safe certification course and exam
  • Expected 50-hour work week
  • Open availability including nights, weekends, holidays

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma
  • Two years of restaurant experience with proven lead experience on all shifts
  • Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
  • Current health card in compliance with state or local requirements
  • Ability to pass SERV Safe certification course and exam
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass criminal background check including motor vehicle records
  • Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Identify and develop high-potential team members into leaders
  • Achieve and maintain world-class restaurant operations
  • Maintain high standards around food quality, customer service, food safety, and store cleanliness
  • Commit to understanding and performing every job in the restaurant
  • Serve as the ultimate decision-maker responsible for restaurant performance
  • Communicate clearly and consistently with field leadership and restaurant staff
  • Build and develop effective teams through training and timely performance feedback
