Job Requirements
- Follow procedures regarding operation of restaurant equipment
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and carry loads up to 30 feet
- Ability to push/pull up to 90 lbs and carry up to 30 feet
- Knowledge of and compliance with company human resources policies and processes
- Adherence to company and city/state/United States safety requirements

Job Duties
- Create value for shareholders through efficient operations, appropriate cost controls, and profit management
- Maintain highest level of quality, service, cleanliness, and hospitality by interacting with guests and ensuring menu item availability
- Take an active role in guest service and guest relations, monitor and correct employee appearance, courtesy, and suggestive selling techniques
- Control day-to-day operations by tracking labor and product costs, ordering supplies, maintaining inventory, controlling waste, planning weekly schedules, and following procedures for preparing and serving products
- Maintain high productivity through recruiting, training, and motivating hourly employees
- Implement routine preventative maintenance, check and repair restaurant equipment and grounds
- Prepare and submit reports, use projection, cash control, and security measures
- Recruit, interview, hire, discipline, and terminate employees while maintaining required personnel records and promoting a safe work environment
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, health and safety codes, and company policies
