Job Requirements

  • follows procedures regarding operation of restaurant equipment such as fryers and ovens
  • ability to lift up to 25 lbs and carry loads up to 30 feet
  • ability to push or pull up to 90 lbs and carry up to 30 feet
  • knowledge of and compliance with company human resources policies and processes
  • adheres to company and city, state, and federal safety requirements

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or GED preferred

  • 1-4 years supervisory experience in food or retail environment with profit and loss responsibility

Job Duties

  • creates value for shareholders through efficient operations, appropriate cost controls, and profit management
  • maintains highest level of quality, service, cleanliness and hospitality by personally interacting with guests during peak hours and ensuring menu availability
  • actively engages in guest service and relations, monitors and corrects employee appearance and courtesy, and takes part in marketing efforts
  • manages day-to-day operations including labor and product cost tracking, ordering supplies, inventory maintenance, waste control, and employee scheduling
  • recruits, trains, motivates, and retains hourly employees and managers while maintaining a safe work environment
  • implements routine preventative maintenance program and manages minor repairs of equipment and premises
  • prepares and submits required reports using approved projection, cash control, and security measures
  • ensures compliance with OSHA, health and safety codes, and company policies
