Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2-4 years supervisory experience in either a food service or retail environment
  • basic personal computer literacy
  • strong preference for internal promote from assistant general manager position
  • must be at least 21 years old
  • must pass background check criteria
  • must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license
  • basic business math and strong analytical and decision-making skills
  • able to sweep and mop floors
  • dust shelves
  • lift and carry out trash containers and place in an outside bin
  • able to clean parking lot and grounds
  • able to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs and stooping during 80% of shift time

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2-4 years supervisory experience in food service or retail
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • experience with cash handling, scheduling and inventory management
  • ability to perform light physical tasks
  • positive and professional attitude

Job Duties

  • Find, hire and develop employees
  • conduct new hire orientation and develop training plans
  • schedule and deploy team members effectively
  • address performance issues promptly
  • assist in resolving customer complaints
  • manage restaurant budget and financial plans
  • maintain cleanliness and order inside and around the restaurant
