Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma
- Two years restaurant experience with proven lead experience on all shifts
- Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write English
- Must maintain current Health Card according to state or local requirements
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must pass Criminal Background Check including MVR
- Must pass SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam
- Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Expected to work 50 hours per week
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts
- Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of food safety and health regulations
- Ability to manage financial performance and P&L statements
Job Duties
- Build and develop a team of top-performing leaders and crew
- Oversee recruiting, training, and management of restaurant staff
- Manage profit and loss (P&L) to ensure maximum profitability
- Maintain high standards of food quality, customer service, food safety, and store cleanliness
- Act as liaison between field leadership and restaurant staff
- Facilitate communication and promote company culture and core values
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
