Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma
- Two years of restaurant experience
- Proven leadership experience
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
- Must maintain a current health card
- Reliable transportation
- Pass criminal background check including motor vehicle record
- Ability to pass SERV Safe Certification course and exam
- Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work approximately 50 hours per week
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts
- Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write English
- Successful completion of the SERV Safe Certification course and exam
- Maintains current health card as per state or local requirements
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Job Duties
- Identifying and developing high-potential team members into leadership roles
- Achieving and maintaining world-class restaurant operations
- Ensuring food quality, customer service, food safety, and cleanliness standards are met
- Performing all restaurant jobs to understand operational needs
- Being accountable for restaurant performance and decisions
- Communicating consistently with field leadership and staff
- Building and training effective teams and providing timely performance feedback
