Job Requirements

  • Progressive restaurant or hospitality management experience
  • Recent prior experience as a general manager for external hires
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license
  • Strong passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth
  • Demonstrated success in mentoring and coaching
  • Understanding of inventory, cost control, and financial management
  • Proficiency in POS, corporate software, delivery platforms, inventory, and reservation systems

Job Qualifications

  • Strong passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving KPI and EBITDA targets
  • Demonstrated success in mentoring and coaching individuals for professional growth
  • Understanding of inventory management, cost control, and financial systems
  • Proficiency in POS and other corporate software systems
  • Experience in casual or upscale dining preferred
  • Hospitality or business degree preferred
  • Culinary and kitchen operations experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Demonstrate genuine passion for exceptional guest experiences and personalized service
  • Actively engage with guests to foster a welcoming atmosphere and drive sales
  • Drive incremental sales through coaching team members on upselling techniques
  • Utilize financial analysis to respond to market trends and continuously improve operations
  • Foster an ownership mindset by using KPIs and EBITDA targets for restaurant success
  • Set standards of integrity, professionalism, and innovative thinking within the team
  • Inspire and motivate staff through training, coaching, and performance reviews
