Job Requirements
- 3 years of leadership experience
- 1 year of restaurant experience preferred
- ability to lead up to 20 team members
- willing to work about 50 hours per week including some Saturdays and Sundays

Job Duties
- Demonstrate and reinforce Marco's leadership behaviors and values
- create an environment that promotes company culture and philosophies to attract, retain and develop our people
- source and interview all store employees to ensure they embrace our values including dedication to customer satisfaction
- train team members on company processes, customer service, and updated policies and procedures to ensure world class operation
- ensure all aspects of human resources are followed including scheduling, payroll, benefits, performance reviews and reporting
- plan and coordinate leadership team meetings with Assistant Manager, Shift Leads, and Manager in Training
- ensure standards are maintained for product quality, service speed and quality, cleanliness and sanitation
- ensure appropriate inventory par levels and ordering system are in place
- complete weekly and end of period inventory
- accountable for creating store Action Plans including marketing to continuously improve the business
- accountable for weekly KPIs and plan to achieve goals
- ensure store and exterior of property are maintained
- ensure proper security and verification procedures are met when handling deposits and safe contents
