Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • High school diploma
  • Two years restaurant experience with leadership roles
  • Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
  • Must maintain current Health Card according to state or local requirements
  • Reliable transportation
  • Must pass criminal background check including motor vehicle record
  • Must be able to pass SERV Safe Certification course and exam
  • Able to commit to 50-hour work week
  • Open availability including nights, weekends, holidays
  • Ability to perform all restaurant job functions

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma
  • Two years restaurant experience with proven leadership across all shifts
  • Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
  • Current Health Card or ability to maintain one
  • Successful completion of SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam
  • Proven experience managing multiple team members and operational aspects
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Identify team members with high potential and develop them into leaders
  • Achieve and maintain world-class restaurant operations including crew development, food quality, and financial performance
  • Maintain and drive high standards around food quality, customer service, food safety, and cleanliness
  • Perform and understand every job in the restaurant
  • Serve as the ultimate decision-maker responsible for all aspects of the restaurant's performance
  • Engage in clear, consistent communication with field leadership and restaurant staff
  • Build effective teams through training, development, and providing meaningful performance feedback
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Maintain consistent strong financial results
