Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma
- Two years restaurant experience with leadership roles
- Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
- Must maintain current Health Card according to state or local requirements
- Reliable transportation
- Must pass criminal background check including motor vehicle record
- Must be able to pass SERV Safe Certification course and exam
- Able to commit to 50-hour work week
- Open availability including nights, weekends, holidays
- Ability to perform all restaurant job functions
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Two years restaurant experience with proven leadership across all shifts
- Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
- Current Health Card or ability to maintain one
- Successful completion of SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam
- Proven experience managing multiple team members and operational aspects
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Identify team members with high potential and develop them into leaders
- Achieve and maintain world-class restaurant operations including crew development, food quality, and financial performance
- Maintain and drive high standards around food quality, customer service, food safety, and cleanliness
- Perform and understand every job in the restaurant
- Serve as the ultimate decision-maker responsible for all aspects of the restaurant's performance
- Engage in clear, consistent communication with field leadership and restaurant staff
- Build effective teams through training, development, and providing meaningful performance feedback
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Maintain consistent strong financial results
