Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • pass background check criteria and drug test
  • have reliable transportation
  • basic business math and accounting skills
  • strong analytical and decision-making skills
  • able to sweep and mop floors
  • able to dust shelves and lift and carry out trash containers
  • able to clean parking lot and grounds
  • able to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs and stooping for 80 percent of shift time

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • college or university degree preferred
  • 2-4 years supervisory experience in food service or retail environment including profit and loss responsibility
  • basic personal computer literacy
  • strong leadership and communication skills

  • positive attitude

Job Duties

  • Find, hire, and develop employees
  • conduct new hire orientation
  • develop training plans for new hires
  • schedule and deploy team members
  • address performance issues
