Job Requirements

  • valid driver’s license
  • working knowledge of MS Office products such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • ability to work occasional nights, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to frequently stand, walk, kneel, squat, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs
  • ability to read and interpret documents such as the crew handbook
  • ability to prioritize tasks and maintain focus
  • effective communication skills with customers and co-workers

  • strong understanding of customer service principles
  • knowledge of safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties

  • train and manage location personnel
  • supervise and coordinate culinary activities
  • estimate food usages and purchase food
  • follow company recipes to ensure consistent quality
  • establish quality standards
  • ensure proper equipment operation and maintenance
  • ensure proper safety and sanitation in location
  • directly supervise restaurant personnel including hiring, discipline, and performance reviews
  • manage scheduling and daily shift duties including making subs and running the register
