Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • High school diploma
  • Two years restaurant experience with lead experience on all shifts
  • Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
  • Maintain current Health Card as per state or local requirements
  • Reliable transportation
  • Pass criminal background check including motor vehicle report
  • Ability to pass SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam
  • Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to work approximately 50 hours per week

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma
  • Two years of restaurant experience with proven lead experience on all shifts
  • Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
  • Ability to perform every job in the restaurant
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Experience with food safety and sanitation practices
  • Ability to manage finances and operations effectively

Job Duties

  • Build and develop a team of top performers through training and development
  • Oversee recruiting, training, and management of restaurant staff
  • Ensure excellent customer service, food quality, safety, and store cleanliness
  • Manage restaurant operations including P&L accountability
  • Communicate consistently with field leadership and restaurant staff
  • Enforce compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Provide clear direction and recognize team contributions
