Job Requirements
- High school diploma preferred
- At least two years of restaurant general management experience
- Ability to be on feet for up to 10 hours per day
- Capability to lift up to 50 pounds when necessary
- Frequent bending and twisting
- Completion of Culture Index survey as part of the hiring process
Job Qualifications
- Minimum two years of experience as a restaurant general manager with proven success
- High school diploma preferred but leadership skills and passion are paramount
- Strong leadership and team motivation abilities
- Excellent customer service and guest relations skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and high-quality customer service
- Manage staffing levels, scheduling, and team performance to optimize productivity
- Control costs including inventory management and food safety compliance
- Drive revenue growth through sales initiatives and operational excellence
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant environment
- Foster a positive, inclusive culture that motivates and develops team members
- Address and resolve operational challenges swiftly and effectively
