Job Requirements

  • High school diploma preferred
  • At least two years of restaurant general management experience
  • Ability to be on feet for up to 10 hours per day
  • Capability to lift up to 50 pounds when necessary
  • Frequent bending and twisting
  • Completion of Culture Index survey as part of the hiring process

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum two years of experience as a restaurant general manager with proven success
  • High school diploma preferred but leadership skills and passion are paramount
  • Strong leadership and team motivation abilities
  • Excellent customer service and guest relations skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and high-quality customer service
  • Manage staffing levels, scheduling, and team performance to optimize productivity
  • Control costs including inventory management and food safety compliance
  • Drive revenue growth through sales initiatives and operational excellence
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant environment
  • Foster a positive, inclusive culture that motivates and develops team members
  • Address and resolve operational challenges swiftly and effectively
