Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma
- Two years of restaurant experience with leadership
- Ability to communicate in English
- Maintain current health card
- Reliable transportation
- Pass criminal background check including motor vehicle record
- Pass ServSafe certification course and exam
- Ability to work approximately 50 hours per week
- Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum two years restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts
- Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write English
- Current health card according to state or local requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to train and develop team members
- Strong organizational and decision-making abilities
Job Duties
- Build and develop a team of top performers by training and mentoring
- Provide clear, consistent direction and recognize contributions
- Oversee recruiting, training, daily management, and overall restaurant operations
- Ensure excellent customer service, food quality, safety, and cleanliness standards are maintained
- Manage profit and loss and achieve financial targets
- Act as liaison with other leadership and facilitate communication
- Foster company culture and uphold core values
