Job Requirements

Must be 18 years or older
High school diploma
Two years of restaurant experience with leadership
Ability to communicate in English
Maintain current health card
Reliable transportation
Pass criminal background check including motor vehicle record
Pass ServSafe certification course and exam
Ability to work approximately 50 hours per week
Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum two years restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts
Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write English
Current health card according to state or local requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to train and develop team members
Strong organizational and decision-making abilities

Job Duties

Build and develop a team of top performers by training and mentoring
Provide clear, consistent direction and recognize contributions
Oversee recruiting, training, daily management, and overall restaurant operations
Ensure excellent customer service, food quality, safety, and cleanliness standards are maintained
Manage profit and loss and achieve financial targets
Act as liaison with other leadership and facilitate communication
Foster company culture and uphold core values
