Job Requirements
- Minimum of two years leadership experience in relevant industries
- Prior general manager experience is a plus
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to obtain and maintain food safety certifications
- Physical ability to perform restaurant duties including lifting up to 55 pounds
- At least 18 years of age
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
Job Qualifications
- At least two years of leadership experience in food service, retail, hospitality, or hotel management
- Experience as a General Manager preferred
- Proficiency in back-of-house systems and P&L management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to develop and motivate teams
- Strong conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to manage operational and inventory control procedures
Job Duties
- Lead, coach, and work alongside restaurant teams to deliver exceptional experiences
- Manage scheduling, expense tracking, and labor management to ensure operational efficiency
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop team members into future leaders
- Maintain adherence to food safety standards and cleanliness protocols
- Conduct performance reviews and manage P&L responsibilities
- Drive local restaurant marketing and community engagement initiatives
- Resolve conflicts with strong communication skills and foster a positive work environment
