Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3 years managerial experience in restaurant or hospitality industry
  • Ability to work 10-hour shifts during day and evening
  • Strong organizational and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Commitment to foster South hospitality values
  • Ability to manage large teams of 65-100 employees
  • Must be able to meet physical and mental demands of role

Job Duties

  • Lead team with character and ethics

  • Develop team and identify future leaders
  • Hold teams accountable with positivity and constructive guidance
  • Develop staffing systems and processes
  • Implement systems to reduce turnover and improve retention
  • Plan, organize, implement, direct, and evaluate restaurant performance
  • Lead people functions for 65 to 100 employees
  • Participate in company strategic planning
  • Grow top-line sales through best-in-class execution and hospitality
  • Represent brand in the community and identify marketing opportunities
  • Maintain clean and bright restaurant environment
  • Deliver exceptional food quality and guest satisfaction
  • Exceed company expectations for food service times
