Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum age of 18 years
  • Previous restaurant experience preferred
  • ServSafe certification
  • Open availability to work various shifts
  • Ability to pass background check and drug test
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Knowledge of basic computer applications
  • Ability to analyze financial statements
  • Capacity to manage a team and handle customer feedback
  • Physical ability to meet job demands including lifting up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Some college preferred
  • Previous restaurant experience desirable
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • ServSafe certification
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to influence and gain commitment
  • Strong problem-solving and sound judgment abilities
  • Knowledge of P&L analysis, cash controls, labor analysis and food cost calculations
  • Ability to handle multiple demands and shifting priorities

  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of order processing systems

Job Duties

  • Responsible for working the front counter to ensure quality service
  • Checks product quality and communicates with customers
  • Effectively trains and coaches employees to show courtesy and handle complaints
  • Conducts meetings with team members and management for planning, training and reviewing operations
  • Develops and maintains acceptable sales levels
  • Utilizes local store marketing
  • Monitors utilities, supplies and other costs
  • Analyzes profit and loss statements and takes corrective action
  • Controls restaurant inventory
  • Uses company approved labor guidelines
  • Develops and posts labor schedules
  • Manages restaurant cash control and daily bank deposits
  • Reports accidents and incidents to Risk Management
  • Maintains safe work environment and highest health department ratings
  • Ensures professional restaurant and team image
  • Informs District Manager of hiring, promotions and employee status changes
  • Processes payroll and maintains applicant tracking
  • Conducts performance reviews and documents disciplinary action
  • Maintains personnel files and posts required government posters
  • Utilizes preventive maintenance system
  • Attends meetings with District Manager
  • Performs required administrative paperwork
