Job Requirements

  • Must be at least eighteen years of age
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 1-2 years of previous restaurant management experience
  • Strong understanding of P&L management and drivers of restaurant profitability
  • Ability to prioritize own and others work and time effectively
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • Understanding of guest service principles
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to work long or irregular shifts as needed

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Two years of college preferred
  • 1-2 years of restaurant management experience
  • Strong understanding of P&L management
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • Knowledge of guest service principles
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure profitability
  • Lead and motivate the team to exceed guest expectations
  • Review and manage restaurant P&L to achieve financial goals
  • Address guest feedback and resolve issues promptly
  • Oversee recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes
  • Provide coaching and recognition to team members
  • Ensure compliance with operational standards and regulations
  • Manage labor scheduling and staffing levels
  • Perform duties of assistant manager and shift coordinator when needed
