Job Requirements
- Must be at least eighteen years of age
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1-2 years of previous restaurant management experience
- Strong understanding of P&L management and drivers of restaurant profitability
- Ability to prioritize own and others work and time effectively
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Understanding of guest service principles
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work long or irregular shifts as needed
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two years of college preferred
- 1-2 years of restaurant management experience
- Strong understanding of P&L management
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Knowledge of guest service principles
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure profitability
- Lead and motivate the team to exceed guest expectations
- Review and manage restaurant P&L to achieve financial goals
- Address guest feedback and resolve issues promptly
- Oversee recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes
- Provide coaching and recognition to team members
- Ensure compliance with operational standards and regulations
- Manage labor scheduling and staffing levels
- Perform duties of assistant manager and shift coordinator when needed
