Job Duties

  • lead and motivate restaurant team to ensure excellent customer service
  • manage daily restaurant operations including financial performance and staff scheduling
  • maintain high standards of food quality and safety
  • recruit, train, and develop team members
  • handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly
  • drive sales initiatives to meet or exceed targets
  • ensure compliance with company policies and health regulations
