Job Requirements

  • at least two years of leadership experience in food service, retail, hospitality, or hotel management
  • ability to work a variable schedule including weekends and holidays
  • physical ability to perform restaurant tasks including standing for long periods, bending, twisting, reaching, lifting up to 55 pounds
  • valid driver's license
  • ability to obtain and maintain necessary food safety licenses or certifications
  • be at least 18 years old

Job Qualifications

  • at least two years of leadership experience in food service, retail, hospitality, or hotel management
  • proficiency in back-of-house systems and P&L management
  • experience in performance reviews and team development
  • strong verbal and written communication skills
  • conflict resolution skills
  • previous General Manager experience preferred
  • ability to lead a high-performing team
  • ability to develop talent within the team

Job Duties

  • leading restaurant teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • managing back-of-house systems, P&L, and performance reviews
  • recruiting, hiring, training, and developing team members
  • ensuring restaurant operations follow inventory and operational control procedures
  • managing scheduling, labor, expense tracking, and local marketing efforts
  • maintaining food safety and cleanliness standards
  • working a variable schedule including weekends and holidays
