Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership
- Ability to read, write, and understand English
- Must maintain current health card per local or state requirements
- Reliable transportation
- Pass criminal background check including motor vehicle record
- Ability to pass SERV Safe Certification course and exam
- Availability to work approximately 50 hours per week including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts
- Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
- Ability to pass SERV Safe Certification course and exam
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Experience overseeing restaurant operations including P&L
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Identify and develop high-potential team members into leaders
- Achieve and maintain world-class operations including crew development and restaurant cleanliness
- Drive high standards around food quality, customer service, food safety, and store cleanliness
- Perform and understand every job in the restaurant
- Be accountable for overall restaurant performance and decision-making
- Communicate clearly and consistently with field leadership and staff
- Build an effective team through training, development, and providing performance feedback
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Maintain consistent strong financial results
