Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • high school diploma
  • two years restaurant experience with demonstrated leadership
  • ability to communicate effectively in English
  • maintain current health card
  • reliable transportation
  • pass criminal background check including MVR
  • ability to pass Serv Safe Certification
  • open availability for varying shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • willingness to work approximately 50 hours per week

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma
  • two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts
  • ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
  • current health card as required by state or local regulations
  • ability to pass Serv Safe Certification course and exam
  • reliable transportation
  • open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Identify and develop high-potential team members into leaders
  • achieve and maintain world-class restaurant operations including crew development, food quality, and financial performance
  • maintain high standards of food quality, customer service, food safety, and store cleanliness
  • perform and understand all restaurant jobs
  • serve as ultimate decision-maker for restaurant performance
  • engage in consistent communication with field leadership and staff
  • build effective teams through training, development, and performance feedback
  • ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • maintain strong financial results
