Job Requirements
- Having the ability to obtain and maintain required food safety licenses or certifications
- Holding a valid driver’s license
- Being at least 18 years old
- Ability to work a variable schedule including weekends and holidays
- Meeting physical requirements including standing for long periods and lifting up to 55 pounds
- Experience managing teams in food service or related environments
- Proficiency in inventory and operational control
- Strong leadership and communication skills
Job Qualifications
- At least two years of leadership experience in food service, retail, hospitality, or hotel management
- Previous general manager experience preferred
- Proficiency with back-of-house systems and P&L management
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated conflict resolution abilities
- Experience with recruiting, hiring, training, and developing staff
- Ability to manage scheduling and expenses effectively
Job Duties
- Lead and coach a restaurant team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Manage daily operations including scheduling, expense tracking, and labor management
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop team members into future leaders
- Ensure adherence to food safety, quality standards, and cleanliness
- Handle performance reviews and back-of-house systems proficiency
- Drive local restaurant marketing and inventory control processes
- Maintain a positive workplace culture and resolve conflicts effectively
