Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Two years of restaurant experience with demonstrated leadership
  • Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write English
  • Maintain current Health Card as per state/local regulations
  • Reliable transportation
  • Pass a criminal background check including motor vehicle records
  • Ability to pass SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam
  • Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Willing and able to work a 50-hour workweek

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven leadership experience in the restaurant industry
  • Minimum two years of restaurant experience with shift lead responsibilities
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Ability to perform all roles within a restaurant
  • Previous experience managing P&L considered an asset
  • Familiarity with food safety standards and certification requirements

Job Duties

  • Build and develop a team of top performers through training and mentorship
  • Oversee recruiting, hiring, and management of restaurant staff
  • Manage Profit and Loss statements to ensure maximum profitability
  • Ensure high-quality food, excellent customer service, and food safety compliance
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety standards within the restaurant
  • Facilitate clear communication between field leadership and restaurant staff
  • Uphold company culture and CORE values by recognizing individual and team contributions
