Job Requirements
- must be 18 years or older
- high school diploma
- two years restaurant experience with proven lead experience on all shifts
- ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in english
- must maintain current health card according to state or local requirements
- reliable transportation
- pass criminal background check including motor vehicle record
- pass serv safe certification course and exam
- ability to work approximately 50 hours per week
- open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- identifying and developing a team with high potential
- achieving and maintaining world class operations including staff, food quality, and financials
- maintaining high standards in food safety, customer service, and cleanliness
- performing every job in the restaurant as needed
- being accountable for restaurant performance and decision making
- communicating clearly and consistently with leadership and staff
- building an effective team through training and performance feedback
