Job Requirements

  • must be 18 years or older
  • high school diploma
  • two years restaurant experience with proven lead experience on all shifts
  • ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in english
  • must maintain current health card according to state or local requirements
  • reliable transportation
  • pass criminal background check including motor vehicle record
  • pass serv safe certification course and exam
  • ability to work approximately 50 hours per week
  • open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • identifying and developing a team with high potential
  • achieving and maintaining world class operations including staff, food quality, and financials
  • maintaining high standards in food safety, customer service, and cleanliness
  • performing every job in the restaurant as needed
  • being accountable for restaurant performance and decision making
  • communicating clearly and consistently with leadership and staff
  • building an effective team through training and performance feedback
