Job Requirements

  • must have progressive restaurant or hospitality management experience
  • for external hires, recent experience as a general manager is required
  • must possess a valid driver's license
  • strong passion for guest-centric service
  • proven ability to drive sales growth and meet financial targets
  • ability to mentor and coach staff
  • knowledge of inventory control and financial management
  • proficiency with POS and related systems

Job Qualifications

  • progressive restaurant or hospitality management experience
  • recent prior experience as a general manager for external hires
  • valid driver's license
  • strong passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving KPI and EBITDA targets
  • demonstrated success in mentoring and coaching team members
  • understanding of inventory management, cost control, and financial oversight
  • proficiency in POS systems, corporate software, third party delivery platforms, inventory and reservation systems

Job Duties

  • demonstrate genuine passion for exceptional guest experiences and personalized service
  • actively engage with guests to foster a welcoming atmosphere and drive sales
  • coach team members on upselling techniques to increase revenue
  • analyze financial performance to support continuous improvement and respond to market trends
