Job Requirements
- must have progressive restaurant or hospitality management experience
- for external hires, recent experience as a general manager is required
- must possess a valid driver's license
- strong passion for guest-centric service
- proven ability to drive sales growth and meet financial targets
- ability to mentor and coach staff
- knowledge of inventory control and financial management
- proficiency with POS and related systems
Job Qualifications

- proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving KPI and EBITDA targets
- demonstrated success in mentoring and coaching team members
- understanding of inventory management, cost control, and financial oversight
- proficiency in POS systems, corporate software, third party delivery platforms, inventory and reservation systems
Job Duties
- demonstrate genuine passion for exceptional guest experiences and personalized service
- actively engage with guests to foster a welcoming atmosphere and drive sales
- coach team members on upselling techniques to increase revenue
- analyze financial performance to support continuous improvement and respond to market trends
- foster an ownership mindset and utilize KPIs and EBITDA targets to drive operational success
- set standards of integrity and professionalism while promoting teamwork
- develop management team members through leadership training and maintain culinary and hospitality standards
