Job Requirements
- High school degree
- Minimum two years general manager experience in restaurant or retail environment with P&L responsibility
- Open availability to cover shifts as needed
- Food Safety Certification required and must be passed
- Ability to work 45 hours a week and stand/walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift 10 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally
- Ability to tolerate indoor and outdoor environments
- Ability to handle noise and potential allergens
- Proficient in English communication
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to use Microsoft Office
- Must follow company policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of two years experience as a general manager in restaurant or retail with P&L responsibility
- Restaurant industry experience preferred
- High school degree required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Strong business acumen and financial literacy
- Exceptional customer service skills

- Ability to manage a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant

Job Duties
