Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum two years in a restaurant leadership role
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Current health card complying with local or state laws
  • Reliable transportation
  • Pass criminal background check including motor vehicle record
  • Pass SERV Safe Certification course and exam
  • Willingness to work an average of 50 hours per week with open availability

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts
  • Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
  • Current health card as required by state or local regulations
  • Successful completion of SERV Safe Certification Course and exam
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check including motor vehicle record
  • Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays

  • Identify and develop a team with high leadership potential
  • Maintain world class operations including crew development and pristine restaurants
  • Drive high standards in food quality, customer service, food safety, and cleanliness
  • Perform every job in the restaurant as needed
  • Serve as ultimate decision-maker responsible for restaurant performance
  • Communicate clearly and consistently with field leadership and staff
  • Build an effective team through training, development, and performance feedback
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Maintain strong financial results
