Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma
- Two years of restaurant experience with proven lead experience on all shifts
- Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
- Current Health Card according to state or local requirements
- Reliable transportation
- Pass criminal background check including motor vehicle record
- Ability to pass SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam
- Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work approximately 50 hours per week
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts
- Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
- Current Health Card or ability to obtain one
- Ability to pass SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam
- Experience managing restaurant operations
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills
Job Duties
- Identify and develop team members into leaders
- Achieve and maintain world class restaurant operations including crew development, food quality, and financial results
- Maintain high standards of food quality, customer service, food safety, and cleanliness
- Perform and understand every job in the restaurant
- Serve as the ultimate decision-maker for restaurant performance
- Engage in clear, consistent communication with leadership and staff
- Build and motivate effective teams through training and feedback
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Maintain strong financial performance
