Job Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license
  • Progressive restaurant or hospitality management experience
  • Recent prior experience as a General Manager for external hires
  • Ability to deliver exceptional guest experiences with a guest-centric mindset
  • Proven capability to drive sales growth and achieve financial targets
  • Demonstrated success in mentoring and coaching staff
  • Understanding of inventory and financial controls
  • Proficiency with POS and reservation systems

Job Qualifications

  • Progressive restaurant or hospitality management experience
  • Recent prior experience as a General Manager for external hires
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving KPIs and EBITDA targets
  • Success in mentoring and coaching team members
  • Understanding of inventory management, cost control, and P&L
  • Proficiency with POS systems, corporate software, and third-party delivery platforms
  • Experience in casual or upscale dining preferred
  • Hospitality or business degree preferred
  • Culinary and kitchen operations management experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Demonstrate genuine passion for exceptional guest experiences and personalized service
  • Actively engage with guests to foster a welcoming atmosphere and drive sales
  • Coach team members on upselling techniques and exceptional service
  • Utilize KPIs and EBITDA targets to spearhead continuous improvement initiatives
  • Lead and develop management team members through leadership training
  • Maintain the highest standards of culinary and hospitality service
  • Inspire and motivate the team by providing training, coaching, and performance reviews
