Job Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Progressive restaurant or hospitality management experience
- Recent prior experience as a General Manager for external hires
- Ability to deliver exceptional guest experiences with a guest-centric mindset
- Proven capability to drive sales growth and achieve financial targets
- Demonstrated success in mentoring and coaching staff
- Understanding of inventory and financial controls
- Proficiency with POS and reservation systems
Job Qualifications
- Progressive restaurant or hospitality management experience
- Recent prior experience as a General Manager for external hires
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving KPIs and EBITDA targets
- Success in mentoring and coaching team members
- Understanding of inventory management, cost control, and P&L
- Proficiency with POS systems, corporate software, and third-party delivery platforms
- Experience in casual or upscale dining preferred
- Hospitality or business degree preferred
- Culinary and kitchen operations management experience preferred
Job Duties
- Demonstrate genuine passion for exceptional guest experiences and personalized service
- Actively engage with guests to foster a welcoming atmosphere and drive sales
- Coach team members on upselling techniques and exceptional service
- Utilize KPIs and EBITDA targets to spearhead continuous improvement initiatives
- Lead and develop management team members through leadership training
- Maintain the highest standards of culinary and hospitality service
- Inspire and motivate the team by providing training, coaching, and performance reviews
